1. Services Offered

We provide private and group Italian language tutoring for individuals of all ages, delivered online and/or in person. No physical products are sold through this website - all purchases are for tutoring services only.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Lessons must be booked and paid for in advance through the invoices provided.
  • Payment confirms your reservation for the selected lesson or package.
  • Prices are listed in Euros and are subject to change at any time; changes will not affect lessons already booked and paid for.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

6. Conduct

We are committed to providing a respectful, supportive learning environment. We reserve the right to decline service or end the tutoring relationship, without refund for future unbooked sessions, in cases of abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior toward the tutor.

7. Intellectual Property
